目的研究不同时间点针刺介入治疗TBI的效果,揭示针刺干预对脑神经元的保护作用及部分疗效机制,为临床针刺治疗TBI的最佳介入时间提供依据。方法将大鼠分为空白、针刺1、针刺2、针刺3和模型组,使用e CCI仪造模,取百会、人中、内关和足三里,分别在造模后第1日、第3日、第5日开始针刺治疗,各组治疗持续10次,在造模后第15日取材,检查脑组织中Bcl-2含量水平。结果针刺组脑组织损伤皮质中Bcl-2蛋白含量及相应基因mRNA含量明显上调,且针刺1组优于针刺2组、针刺3组,组间比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 TBI后针刺早期介入更有利于保护损伤的脑组织。
Objective To study the effect of interventional therapy of TBI at different time points and to reveal the protective effect of acupuncture on cerebral neurons and its mechanism of action in order to provide the basis for the best intervention time for clinical acupuncture in treating TBI. Methods The rats were divided into blank, acupuncture 1, acupuncture 2, acupuncture 3 and model group, using e CCI instrument modeling, taking Baihui, Renzhong, Neiguan and Zusanli, respectively, after modeling 1 Day, Day 3 and Day 5 acupuncture treatment was started. The treatment of each group lasted for 10 times. On the 15th day after the model was established, the level of Bcl-2 in the brain tissue was examined. Results The content of Bcl-2 protein and the mRNA level of Bcl-2 in the cortex of acupuncture group were significantly increased, and acupuncture group 1 was better than acupuncture group 2 and acupuncture group 3, with statistical significance (P <0.01) ). Conclusion The intervention of acupuncture after TBI is more conducive to the protection of injured brain tissue.
