目的探讨深圳市某手机生产加工厂的主要职业病危害因素,确定关键控制点,为企业职业病危害防护提供依据。方法采用现场职业卫生学调查、工作场所中职业病危害因素检测等方法进行分析。结果主要职业病危害因素为噪声、高温、粉尘、激光辐射、紫外辐射、电离辐射、微波辐射和化学毒物。工作场所中噪声强度为66.9~90.3 d B(A),超标率6.25%;甲醇的时间加权平均浓度(CTWA)为1.4~85.9 mg/m3,超标率26.92%;作业场所中生产性热源的湿球黑球温度(WBGT)指数、激光辐射、紫外辐射、铝合金粉尘、微波、电离辐射和除甲醇外的其他化学毒物强度(浓度)检测结果都低于职业接触限值。结论噪声、化学毒物(甲醇、苯、乙醇、乙苯、铅)、车间通风是手机生产加工厂主要的控制因素,包装清洁、点胶是关键控制工位。
Objective To explore the main occupational hazards in a mobile phone manufacturing and processing plant in Shenzhen and to determine the key control points to provide the basis for the protection of occupational hazards in enterprises. Methods The methods of on-site occupational hygiene investigation and occupational hazards in the workplace were used to analyze. Results The main occupational hazards were noise, heat, dust, laser radiation, ultraviolet radiation, ionizing radiation, microwave radiation and chemical poisons. The noise intensity in the workplace was 66.9-90.3 d B (A), exceeding the standard rate of 6.25%; the time weighted average concentration of methanol (CTWA) was 1.4-85.9 mg / m 3, exceeding the standard rate of 26.92%; the wetness of productive heat in the workplace The WBGT index, laser radiation, UV radiation, aluminum alloy dust, microwaves, ionizing radiation and other chemical poisons (concentrations) except methanol were all lower than the occupational exposure limits. Conclusion Noise, chemical poisons (methanol, benzene, ethanol, ethylbenzene and lead) and workshop ventilation are the main controlling factors in mobile phone manufacturing and processing plants. Package cleaning and dispensing are the key control stations.
