本研究对河北省高校英语教师国际化参与程度进行调查分析,研究结果表明:高校英语教师国际化参与水平较低,其在参与教学国际化、科研国际化、社会服务国际化方面存在显著差异,英语教师侧重于参与科研国际化。因此,学校及英语教师自身应积极参与国际化,从而提升高校英语教师的教学、科研及社会服务水平,促进国际化人才的培养。
This study investigates and analyzes the level of internationalization of college English teachers in Hebei Province. The results show that college English teachers have a low level of international participation, and there are significant differences in their participation in the internationalization of teaching, the internationalization of scientific research, and the internationalization of social services. English teachers focus on participating in the internationalization of scientific research. Therefore, schools and English teachers themselves should actively participate in internationalization, so as to enhance the teaching, research and social services of college English teachers and promote the cultivation of international talents.
