本文测定了60例脑梗塞患者的血清脂质,其中高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(HDL-C)的含量为44.6mg/dl,HDL-C/TC(总胆固醇)比值为0.25,均非常显著低于对照组脑出血患者、高血压患者及正常人,而动脉硬化指数(AI,即 TC-HDL-C/HDL-C 比值)则非常显著地高于上述对照组。在脑梗塞患者中,血清 HDL-C 的降低无性别差异。对照组脑出血患者的 HDL-C、HDL-C/TC 及 AI 与高血压患者和正常人比较均无显著差异。故本文认为血清 HDL-C 含量降低和脑梗塞发病有关,并对其可能机制作了讨论。
In this study, serum lipids were measured in 60 patients with cerebral infarction, with HDL-C at 44.6 mg / dl and HDL-C / TC ratio at 0.25, all of which were significantly lower In the control group of patients with cerebral hemorrhage, hypertension and normal subjects, and atherosclerosis index (AI, TC-HDL-C / HDL-C ratio) was significantly higher than the control group.
