目的探讨纤维板剥脱术治疗结核性胸膜炎的疗效。方法选取2007年3月—2012年10月我院收治的结核性胸膜炎患者79例,对其实施纤维板剥脱术,观察疗效。结果患者均手术成功,其中单纯脏层胸膜纤维板剥脱术69例,全脓胸胸膜纤维板剥脱术10例;术后脓腔全部消失,复查肺功能正常,全身情况良好;随访2~3年未见复发病例。结论结核性胸膜炎形成胸膜纤维板应首选纤维板剥脱术治疗,术后肺功能明显改善。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of fibreboard stripping in the treatment of tuberculous pleurisy. Methods From March 2007 to October 2012, 79 cases of tuberculous pleurisy admitted to our hospital were treated with fibreboard ablation and the curative effect was observed. Results All the patients were operated successfully. Among them, 69 cases of simple visceral pleural fibrinolysis and 10 cases of empyema pleural fibrosis were all disappeared. The lung function was normal and the general condition was good. The patients were followed up for 2 to 3 years Recurrent cases. Conclusion Tuberculous pleurisy pleural fibrosis should be the first choice of fibreboard stripping therapy, pulmonary function improved significantly.
