一线城市经历一轮又一轮的宏观调控后,在稳定房价上取得了一定的成效。但是随着一线城市限购令挤出效应的发力,二三线甚至一些四线城市房价领涨全国的势头也引起高度关注。“限购令”向二、三线城市扩展的信号也越发明显。调控政策本来是为了遏制一线城市房价上涨过快,没想到上涨速度却转移到了二三线城市。这真应了那句“摁下葫芦起来瓢”的谚语。一线城市房价欲降未降,二三线城市房价上涨的迹象却已经很明显。二三线城市也要遭遇一线城市的限购大棒?曾经从一线城市转移到二三线城市的开发商又当如何调整战略和转型?难道将永无休止的从一线城市转入二三线甚至四五线城市?究竟谁又会是下一批被限城市?……
