视网膜脱离是球内异物手术严重并发症。现将我院行玻璃体金属异物取出手术后经长期随访的49例结果报告如下:临床资料本组49例均为单眼伤。右眼28例左眼21例,男43例女6例,受伤时年龄最大56岁,最小13岁。18—45岁26例占53.1%,穿孔部位;角膜23例,角巩膜缘12例,巩膜14例,异物为钢、铁共48例,铜1例,异物大小:4—6mm21例,1.5—4mm28例。异物取出时间:伤后8小时之内40例,伤后 Retinal detachment is a serious intracranial foreign body surgery complications.
