本文用系统的观点对林业提出了五个方面思想转移。为维护生态平衡,发展商品经济,指出应发挥山区十大优势,扩大内涵和开拓外延,建立最佳立体经营结构。从而提出了林业新的含义。具体设计了林业的产业结构和产品结构,并且预测了林业的可望产值及资金周转。最后提出了林业产值要翻番,林业体制必须改革。 This paper puts forward five aspects of thinking transfer to forestry from a systematic point of view. In order to maintain the ecological balance and develop the commodity economy, it is pointed out that the ten major advantages of the mountainous areas should be brought into play, the connotation of the ten areas should be expanded, the extension of the connotation and the establishment of the best three-dimensional operating structure should be established.
