江苏是近代民族工业的发祥地之一。改革开放以来,江苏经济社会取得长足发展,品牌建设成为转型升级中的迫切要求。省委、省政府高度重视,把实施商标战略,建设品牌强省摆在重要位置。一是强化规划引领。省“十二五”规划确立了自主品牌建设的目标,要使品牌经济成为江苏加快转型升级、率先实现基本现代化的优先战略选择。二是强化指标考核。把“自主品牌企业增加值占GDP比重”作为衡量企业竞争力的重要指标,列入江苏基本实现现代化指标体系,明确要求到2020年指标值达到15%。三是强化机制保障。省政府成立了深入实施商标战略工作领
