通过对铁道车辆用牵引电机功率电子技术等的革新,实现了小型、轻量、高功率化。并且,替代直流电机的感应电机,已广泛用于电动车(地面上)、通勤电动车直至新干线车辆、机车等所有铁道车辆上,成为技术成熟的牵引动力系统。今后,感应电机仍将属于主流牵引电机。而近年来,对新一代牵引电机提出了更高要求,如高速化(电机的小型、轻量、高功率化)、节能化(电机高效化)、低噪声化、省维修化。东芝公司为满足这些要求,进行了牵引电机的开发,本文介绍东芝公司的包括永磁同步电机在内的新一代牵引电机系列产品与新技术以及今后的研究动向。
Innovative power electronics technology for traction motors for rail vehicles enables compact, lightweight and high-power applications. And, instead of DC induction motor, has been widely used in electric vehicles (on the ground), commuting electric vehicles until the Shinkansen vehicles, locomotives and other rail vehicles, a mature technology traction power system. In the future, induction motor will still belong to the mainstream traction motor. In recent years, higher demands have been placed on a new generation of traction motors such as high-speed (small, lightweight and high-power motors), energy-saving (motor efficiency), low noise and maintenance.
