本文报导了Ni-Si-B非晶态合金薄带在压力作用下的电阻蠕变现象,发现电阻的蠕变现象和压力作用下应变的蠕变现象十分相似,也可以分为可逆的和不可逆的两部分,可逆部分又含有瞬时可逆和滞后可逆两种成分。文章对非晶态合金的不可逆塑性流变用位形熵的理论加以定性解释。
In this paper, the resistance creep phenomenon of Ni-Si-B amorphous alloy strip under pressure is reported. It is found that the creep phenomenon of resistance is very similar to the strain creep phenomenon under pressure. It can also be divided into reversible and irreversible Two parts, the reversible part also contains instantaneous reversible and hysteresis reversible two kinds of components. In this paper, the irreversible plastic rheology of amorphous alloys is qualitatively explained by the theory of configurational entropy.
