为了进一步提高圓弧齿形圓柱蝸杆(亦称凹面蝸杆)傳动的效率及承載能力,当前首要的工作是綜合选擇齿形参数和探討最佳齿形的问题。我們根据国内外资料和我们的研究工作,从啮合原理方面分析了各項齿形参数对齿形变化及蝸輪付接触线分布的影响,并提出了十二种新齿形与国内外的研究成果进行了此較,在理論分析上說明了这些新齿形较为优越,根据分析,找出了主要参数变化的規律,作出了初步结论,并与太原鋼铁公司、太原矿山机器厂等生产单位协作,正在试制和准备实验过程中。但由于目前还没有取得工业性实验和实验室实验的结果,本文只将理論探讨部分写成阶段性报告作简要的介绍。
In order to further improve the efficiency and load bearing capacity of the circular-arc-toothed cylindrical worm (also known as concave worm), the most important task now is to comprehensively select the parameters of the toothed profile and to explore the optimal profile.
