对于初中学生来说,对他们的教育不仅仅只能用学习成绩来评价,而要采取综合的手段对其进行全面的评价。当然,初中生面临的最为紧迫的,最为直接的任务就是高考,在当前的教育体制下,分数还是相当重要的。初中生由于在初中阶段的数学学习基础不同,行为习惯不同,对初中生活的适应能力不同,再加上其他因素的影响,也导致了学生在学习和品性发展上呈现出参差不齐的情况。但是每一位学生都有自身的个性和自尊心,对于成绩不理想的后进生来说,他们更需要老师和同学的关心和关注,只有这样他们才能树立学习自信心。本文中,笔者主要探究了数学老师如何转化后进生工作的方法,希望能用爱去打动他们,用关心去感化他们。
For junior high school students, their education can not only be assessed by academic performance, but comprehensive evaluation of their comprehensive approach. Of course, the most immediate and direct task confronting junior high school students is the college entrance examination. Under the current education system, the scores are still very important. Junior high school students due to different levels of mathematics learning in junior high school, different habits, different ability to adapt to junior high school life, coupled with other factors, also led to students in learning and character development showed uneven situation . However, each student has his own personality and self-esteem. For less-advanced students, they also need the care and attention of teachers and classmates so that they can establish self-confidence in learning. In this article, I mainly explored how math teachers can transform their work into future students, hoping to impress them with love and to care for them.
