目的:利用综合考评的方式对长兴县中医院16名护士长每月管理工作情况进行评价与分析,将考评结果全面反馈,并与护士长管理津贴、年度评优、绩效工资挂钩,不断提高护士长的综合管理能力。方法:采用构建护士长综合考评指标体系,明确科室护理工作管理目标,以评价指标为导向,引导护士长科学化创新管理,推动护理服务质量持续改进。结论:利用综合考评方式对护士长进行定期全面评价,提高了护士长的综合管理能力,有效提高了护理质量和患者的满意度。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate and analyze the monthly management work of 16 head nurses in Changxing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine by way of comprehensive evaluation. The evaluation results are fully feedbacked and linked with the head nurses’ management allowance, annual evaluation and performance pay, and the nurses Long integrated management capabilities. Methods: Constructing a comprehensive evaluation index system for nurses, identifying the objective of nursing department management and guiding the head nurses to scientific and innovative management to promote the continuous improvement of nursing service quality.
