The recent “National Defense Strategy Review” in the United Kingdom proposed the construction of two new aircraft carrier projects, in parallel with the future carrier-based aircraft project. The British Navy is looking for a future carrier-borne aircraft (FCBA) program and plans to replace the retired “Haitian” FA-2 fighter aircraft from 2012 to 2014.
