在幼儿园集体教学中,奖励与惩罚不断上演,成为教师维护教学秩序的重要工具。通过对几所幼儿园集体教学活动中奖励与惩罚的具体实施进行观察,发现教师多用贴纸、玩具等物质性奖励使幼儿进入一种积极表现、遵守纪律和规范的教学状态,也常用点名批评、集体性指责等方式使幼儿进入一种服从。这类不恰当的奖惩方法影响幼儿进入教育情境的意向,也会摧残幼儿的道德。
Collective teaching in kindergarten, rewards and punishments continue to be staged as teachers, an important tool to maintain teaching order. Through the observation of the specific implementation of rewards and punishment in the collective teaching activities of several kindergartens, it is found that teachers often use material rewards such as stickers and toys to bring children into a positive state of performance and discipline and standard teaching, Sexual criticism and other means to allow children to enter a kind of obedience. Such improper methods of rewards and punishments affect the children’s intention to enter the educational context, will also destroy the moral of young children.
