为研究肝动脉化疗栓塞(TACE)治疗原发性肝癌的机制,通过对肝癌组织进行免疫组化研究,发现TACE治疗后肝癌组织内Fas抗原表达明显增强,其中Fas抗原阳性者αFP平均下降率明显高于Fas抗原阴性者,且术后复发时间明显延长。结果表明,TACE治疗效果可部分归因于TACE治疗后肝癌组织内Fas抗原表达的增加。
In order to study the mechanism of hepatic arterial chemoembolization (TACE) treatment of primary liver cancer, immunohistochemical studies of hepatocellular carcinoma tissue revealed that the expression of Fas antigen in hepatocellular carcinoma tissue was significantly enhanced after TACE treatment, and the mean decline rate of αFP in those with Fas antigen was significantly higher. Higher than Fas antigen negative, and the recurrence time was significantly prolonged. The results show that TACE treatment can be partially attributed to the increase of Fas antigen expression in HCC after TACE treatment.
