背越式跳高是目前最流行的跳高姿势。但是,由于其放脚和起跳时给运动员踝部带来的负荷要比其他几种姿势大得多,运动损伤给系统训练带来的困难是众所周知的。因而,在背越式跳高训练中如何预防踝部损伤,运动损伤后的恢复训练,已成为很有必要研究的课题。在多年的训练中,根据个人的经验设计了一组练习应用于训练,取得了积极的效果。
Fosbury Flop is the most popular high jump position. However, due to the much greater load on the athlete’s ankle when it is lowered and set-off than is the case with several other types of postures, it is well-known that the difficulties associated with exercise training to system training. Therefore, how to prevent ankle injury and recovery training after sports injury in Fosbury Flop high jump training has become a very important issue. In many years of training, based on personal experience designed a set of exercises used in training, and achieved positive results.
