铰孔通常是一项既费时又费钱的操作。WalterAG考虑到这一点,希望能利用核心品牌瓦尔特一蒂泰克斯(Walter Titex)的新型整体硬质合金高速铰刀改善精密配合孔的加工。由于其切削参数极佳,既能明显缩短加工时间,又能实现最高的孔加工质量。以钢件加工为例,传统硬质合金铰刀的切削速度多数介于10~20m/min,进给率0.1~0.2mm/r。而使用瓦尔特蒂泰克斯(Walter Titex)新型整体硬质合金HSC铰刀可以将切削参数提高两位数,特别是进给速度。在这样的高速加工条件下,孔的质量完全不受影响,无论是形状精度还是表面质量。
Reaming is usually a time-consuming and expensive operation. With that in mind, WalterAG hopes to use the new Walter Titex solid carbide high-speed reamers to improve precision-matched hole machining. Because of its excellent cutting parameters, both significantly reduce processing time, but also to achieve the highest hole processing quality. Taking steel processing as an example, the cutting speed of traditional cemented carbide reamers mostly ranges from 10 to 20 m / min and the feed rate is 0.1 to 0.2 mm / r. With Walter Titex’s new solid carbide HSC reamers, the cutting parameters can be increased by two figures, especially at feed rates. Under such high-speed machining conditions, the quality of the hole is completely unaffected, both in terms of shape accuracy and surface quality.
