在水温24.3~26℃时,测定斑鳜鱼苗(1.27~1.51cm,0.0384g)的耗氧情况,计算鱼苗的耗氧速率与窒息点。结果表明:斑鳜鱼苗耐低氧能力较弱26℃时其窒息点为1.73mg/l;斑鳜鱼苗水温25℃左右时,昼夜耗氧率差异不特别显著,其晚间耗氧率高于白天,凌晨左右达到最大值。在水温24.3~26℃时,斑鳜的耗氧率为983.14~1498.29mg/(kg.h),其窒息点这1.7mg/L。
At the water temperature of 24.3 ~ 26 ℃, the oxygen consumption of spot catfish fry (1.27 ~ 1.51cm, 0.0384g) was measured, and the oxygen consumption rate and suffocation point of fry were calculated.
