建立了一种改良的血清1,25双羟胆钙化醇(1.25-Dihydroxycholecalciferol,DHCC)超微量放射全体检测(RRA)试剂盒。完成了灵敏度、精密度、准确性、稳定性及特异性等技术指标。该试剂盒的创新点为:①应用正常元代茶沟倭病鸡,成功地制备了高活性受休蛋白;②通过3种措施简化与稳定了测试程序,提高了测试灵敏度(最小可测值由7pg/ml降低至1.7pg/ml),减少了血清用量(由2ml减至1ml),缩短了测试时间(由12小时缩短到4小时);③高比活~3H—DHCC制备,使基本试剂达到国产化。
A modified serum 1,25 dihydroxycholecalciferol (DHCC) whole body radioimmunoassay (RRA) kit was established. Completed the sensitivity, precision, accuracy, stability and specificity and other technical indicators.
