膜生物反应器(MBR)污水处理技术比传统活性污泥法具有更高的水污染物去除效率,然而较高的投资和运行成本制约了该项技术的推广。决策者需要综合分析环境经济影响,才能决定是否使用该项技术。基于物质平衡、价值平衡和能源平衡,建立环境经济综合评价模型,利用多目标最优化方法,通过计算机模拟实验,综合分析和预测采用MBR污水处理技术产生的环境经济影响。模拟实验结果表明,从社会经济和环境可持续发展的角度来看,采用该技术处理污水是可行的。
Membrane bioreactor (MBR) wastewater treatment technology has higher water pollutant removal efficiency than the traditional activated sludge method, however, the high investment and operating costs have constrained the popularization of this technology. Policy makers need a comprehensive analysis of the economic impact of the environment in order to decide whether to use the technology. Based on material balance, value balance and energy balance, a comprehensive evaluation model of environmental economy was set up. By means of multi-objective optimization method and computer simulation experiments, the environmental and economic impacts of MBR wastewater treatment technology were comprehensively analyzed and predicted. The simulation results show that it is feasible to use this technology to treat sewage from the perspectives of social economy and environment sustainable development.
