邻苯二甲酸酐是增塑剂的重要原料之一。现在大部分邻苯二甲酸酐是由邻二甲苯氧化来生产的。此氧化过程是强放热的平行、连串反应,而邻苯二甲酸酐是过程的中间体。故建立模拟软件,考察进料和冷却介质的温度等因素对产物收率的影响是有意义的。我们采用内存小、计算速度快的计算饥,通过正交配置技术和Froment给出的动力学模型完成了固定床催化反应过程的拟均相二维模拟。在计算中径向上仅用四个离散点,而轴向上直接运用数值积分,得到了温度和转化率在径向和轴向的分布,结果是理想的。
Phthalic anhydride is one of the important raw materials for plasticizers. Most phthalic anhydride is now produced by the oxidation of o-xylene. This oxidation process is strongly exothermic in parallel, a series of reactions, and phthalic anhydride is the process intermediate. Therefore, the establishment of simulation software to examine the temperature of feedstock and cooling media and other factors on the product yield is of significance. We use a small memory, computationally fast computational hunger, quasi-homogeneous two-dimensional simulation of fixed bed catalytic reaction process through the orthogonal configuration technology and the kinetic model given by Froment. In the calculation, there are only four discrete points in the radial direction, and the numerical integration is applied directly in the axial direction. The radial and axial distributions of the temperature and the transformation rate are obtained, and the result is ideal.
