研究目的在全人类环保意识日益增强的今天,如何爱护我们的家园,保护我们的生存环境,减少对环境可能造成的污染,是每一个公民义不容辞的责任。在做叶绿体中色素的提取和分离实验时,常用丙酮作为提取叶绿体中色素的溶剂,但丙酮易挥发,且有一定的毒性,会对人体有一定伤害。做这个实验时,实验室内弥漫着丙酮的气味,老师和学生会感到有些不舒服,为了尽量减少丙酮的挥发,我设计了这个密闭式手摇研磨过滤器。研究过程本装置是由四周密闭的有机玻璃罩组成,内有上板较厚、下板较薄的两块表面粗糙的环氧树脂磨板,上面的环
The purpose of the research Today, as the environmental awareness of all human beings is increasing, it is the unshirkable responsibility of every citizen to protect our homeland, protect our living environment, and reduce possible pollution to the environment. In the experiments of pigment extraction and separation in chloroplasts, acetone is commonly used as a solvent for the extraction of pigments in chloroplasts, but acetone is volatile and has a certain degree of toxicity, which can cause some harm to the human body. When this experiment was done, the smell of acetone was filled in the lab. Teachers and students felt a little uncomfortable. In order to minimize the volatilization of acetone, I designed this closed manual grinding filter. During the research process, the device consists of a closed plexiglass cover with two rough epoxy resin grinding plates with thick top plates and thin bottom plates.
