近几年来,框架结构增多,粗钢筋的用量也增加。传统的钢筋搭接绑扎或搭接焊接方法改成对接方法,有明显的节约钢筋效果。但目前的一些钢筋对接方法有的成本较高;有的投资较多,能不能找到一种投资少、操作简便、质量可靠、成本又低的先进连接方法呢?四川省建筑科学研究院研制的水平钢筋窄间隙焊技术,使这一想法得以实现。水平钢筋窄间隙焊用来解决水平钢筋的连接。它是将两根被连接钢筋端部放到一U形铜模中,中间留有一定的间隙,然后用电弧焊的方法填满间隙,拆模后形成一鼓形接头,此项技术有以下特点:
