OBJECTIVE: To calculate and compare the therapeutic effect of single high dose injection and low dose rapid split injection in radioimmunotherapy with mathematical models. Methods: The biological distribution of radiolabeled target molecules is described in three regions. The tumor area represents a dynamic system that describes the growth or regression of the tumor after treatment; the radiolabeled material is derived from the source area (referring to the plasma and extravascular device
