对实际工程中所采用的T型钢半刚性连接节点性能进行了研究,采用通用的有限元程序ANSYS对节点性能进行了非线性有限元分析,讨论了节点各组成要素对节点性能的影响。结果表明:柱翼缘厚度、T型钢翼缘厚度和连接螺栓竖向间距对节点性能影响较大,而柱腹板、T型钢腹板以及连接螺栓水平方向间距对节点性能影响较小,节点破坏主要由柱翼缘和T型钢翼缘控制。研究表明,T型钢梁柱连接节点属于半刚性连接节点,节点的半刚性对钢框架性能影响非常大,设计中不容忽视。
The performance of the semi-rigid connection of T-section steel used in practical engineering is studied. The finite element program ANSYS is used to conduct nonlinear finite element analysis of the joint performance. The influence of each component of the node on the performance of the joint is discussed. The results show that the thickness of column flange, the thickness of T steel flange and the vertical spacing of connecting bolts have a great influence on the joint performance. However, the horizontal spacing of column webs, T-shaped steel webs and connecting bolts has little effect on joint performance, Mainly by the column flange and T-shaped steel flange control. The research shows that the connection of T-beam and steel beam column belongs to the semi-rigid connection node, and the semi-rigidity of the node has a great influence on the performance of the steel frame, which should not be neglected in the design.
