立根排放装置是石油井场输送钻杆到井口的自动化输送设备,是“机电液”一体的复杂系统,其组成元件的寿命服从多种分布类型,因此以立根排放装置为例,对多分布类型下的复杂系统进行了运行可靠性的分析。分析了立根排放装置工作原理及动作流程,并分别就元件寿命服从指数分布、正态分布和威布尔分布时,可靠性的计算参数进行了分析,并给出相应的计算公式。在置信度0.99下求出了立根排放装置在考虑相关性和不考虑相关性时的系统可靠度,并运用蒙特卡罗法对立根排放装置进行随机抽样仿真,从而验证出考虑相关性时的系统可靠度计算方法具有更高的精度。
The vertical root discharge device is an automatic conveying device for conveying drill pipe to the well head in the oil well field. The working principle and operation flow of the vertical root discharge device are analyzed. The system reliability of the vertical-rooted emission device with or without consideration of the correlation was calculated at a confidence level of 0.99 and random sampling simulations of the vertical-rooted emission device were performed using a Monte Carlo method to verify that the system Reliability calculation method with higher accuracy.
