不锈钢纤维毡是否均匀主要取决于毡中纤维束及断丝的百分率。采用丝径分别为Φ8μm、Φ12μm、Φ20μm的不锈钢纤维为原料,经剪切、开松、铺毡,然后取样检测毡样中的纤维束及断丝百分率。发现铺毡纤维束百分率随长度的缩短而减少,但断丝的百分率则增加,只有当纤维的长度适当时铺出的毡均匀,不同直径的纤维对应不同的最佳纤维长度。
The uniformity of the stainless steel fiber mat mainly depends on the percentage of fiber bundles and broken filaments in the mat. Using the stainless steel fiber with Φ8μm, Φ12μm and Φ20μm as the raw materials, the fiber bundles and the percentage of broken wires in the felt-like samples were tested by shearing, opening and laying. The percentage of laid fiber bundles was found to decrease with decreasing length, but the percentage of broken filaments was increased. Only when the fiber length was appropriate, the felt was spread evenly and the different diameter fibers corresponded to different optimum fiber lengths.
