化学是一门以实验为基础的学科,加强实验教学是提高化学教学质量的重要一环。它通过教师演示实验或组织学生亲手实验操作,把书本知识由微观变为宏观,把抽象变成具体,使学生易于获取多方面知识,巩固学习成果,教师除完成课本上规定的实验外,可以根据学校的设备条件以及学生的实际水平,适当增补或改进一些不完善的实验,设计新的化学实验,既符合学生的认知发展特点,又能促进学生对化学理论、化学知识的理解和掌握,并且通过对学生有步骤、有针对性的训练,培养学生的观察能力、思维能力、动手操作能力、创造能力,提高学生的实验设计能力。
