采用粉末冶金法和热挤压法制备了CNTs增强铝基复合材料,并用扫描电镜和光学显微镜观察了复合材料的显微组织和摩擦表面形貌,分析了CNTs含量对铝基复合材料的硬度、摩擦磨损等性能的影响。结果表明,随CNTs含量的增加,铝基复合材料致密度增大,摩擦因数和磨损率降低,硬度也降低;材料磨损形式主要为粘着磨损和磨粒磨损。
CNTs reinforced aluminum matrix composites were prepared by powder metallurgy method and hot extrusion method. The microstructure and frictional surface morphology of the composites were observed by scanning electron microscopy and optical microscopy. The effects of CNTs content on the hardness, Friction and wear and other performance effects. The results show that with the increase of CNTs content, the density of the aluminum matrix composites increases, the friction coefficient and the wear rate decrease, and the hardness decreases. The wear modes of the composites mainly include adhesive wear and abrasive wear.
