利用XRD测量残余应力的方法,在X射线衍射仪上测量了NM400耐磨钢在不同处理工艺下矫直后的残余应力,研究了耐磨钢NM400淬火后直接矫直对残余应力的影响。结果表明:NM400热轧后淬火处理,会产生较大的残余应力,而后直接进行矫直,对残余应力会起到一定的消除作用。热轧淬火后矫直,矫直量影响残余应力大小,随着矫直量增加,残余应力呈现先减小后增大的趋势,矫直量在0~2%时,残余应力最小。
The residual stress was measured by XRD. The residual stress of NM400 wear-resistant steel after straightening was measured by X-ray diffraction. The effect of direct straightening on the residual stress of the wear-resistant steel NM400 was studied. The results show that the quenching treatment of NM400 after hot rolling will produce large residual stress and then straighten it directly to eliminate the residual stress. After hot rolling and quenching, straightening and straightening affect the residual stress. As the straightening amount increases, the residual stress decreases first and then increases. When the straightening amount is 0-2%, the residual stress is the smallest.
