随着经济社会的不断快速发展,工会在企事业组织的发展中也是起着越来越重要的作用,有必要对这种作用进行解析。在这种背景下,本文以事业单位为研究对象,首先从融入新的理念内容、反映新的政治觉悟着手分析了工会工作时代特色的不断融入,进而从提升工作效力、扩大工作面、构建信息系统三个方面着手,探讨了工会强化事业单位职工的凝聚力的措施,接着从强化培训工作、应用激励措施两个方面,分析了工会提升事业单位职工的工作意识的措施,最后探讨了事业单位应从思想上加以重视,并创新工作载体。
