目的了解城市社区糖尿病患者饮食控制现状。方法采取多级抽样调查346例城市社区糖尿病患者3d的日总热量控制情况、膳食结构及饮食行为。结果346例患者日总热量在理想范围内78例(22.54%)、不足111例(32.08%)、过多157例(45.38%)。日总热量的控制与饮食治疗健康教育、文化程度、是否退休无关,而与性别、病程、并发症、因糖尿病住院次数有关。碳水化合物、脂肪、蛋白质占总热量的比例分别为49.90%±8.40%、17.40%±3.60%、36.40%±7.20%。结论城市社区糖尿病患者对饮食治疗重视不够,日总热量不足和过多同时存在,三大营养素比例不合理。女性患者饮食控制较好。超重或肥胖者的饮食控制问题较为突出。
Objective To understand the status of diet control in diabetic patients in urban community. Methods The multicentre sampling was used to investigate the daily total caloric control, dietary structure and dietary behaviors of 346 diabetic patients in urban community in 3d. Results The daily total calories of 346 patients were 78 cases (22.54%) in the ideal range, less than 111 cases (32.08%) and 157 cases (45.38%) excessively. The total daily calorie control and diet health education, education, whether or not to retire, but with gender, duration, complications, the number of hospitalizations due to diabetes. Carbohydrate, fat and protein accounted for 49.90% ± 8.40%, 17.40% ± 3.60% and 36.40% ± 7.20% of the total calories, respectively. Conclusion The diabetic patients in urban areas pay little attention to diet therapy. The total daily calorie deficiencies and excessive amounts exist simultaneously, and the proportions of the three major nutrients are unreasonable. Women’s diet control better. Overweight or obese diet control problems are more prominent.
