通过对两社区人群卫生服务需要与利用 ,三所社区医院社区卫生服务技术人员 1周服务效率调查分析 ,利用健康需要法、健康需求法、标准工时测定法进行社区卫生人力配备。结果 :需要法 :每千人口应配备医生 0 5 4名 ,预防保健技术人员 0 43名 ;需求法 :每千人口应配备医生 0 45名 ,预防保健技术人员 0 43名。调查为当地制定卫生人力规划提供了参考依据。
Through the needs and utilization of health services for the two communities, the community health service technicians of the three community hospitals surveyed and analyzed the service efficiency for one week, and used the health needs law, health demand law, and standard working hours method to conduct community health manpower. Results: Needs law: Each quinquone population should be equipped with 554 doctors, 403 preventive health care technicians; and the demand method: there should be 045 doctors for every thousand people, and 0 43 preventive and technical personnel. The survey provided a reference for the formulation of local health workforce planning.
