我院收治伴发精神障碍的肺性脑病7例,报告如下:7例中男4例,女3例,年龄介于27～62岁,平均45.4岁。工人5例,家属1例,其他1例。所有病例均患有20年左右病程的慢性呼吸道疾病,其中慢性支气管炎并发肺气肿、肺心病者5例,支气管哮喘进展为哮喘性支气管炎者2例。物理检查所见符合慢性呼吸道疾病。精神症状早期有头痛、失眠、话多、情
7 cases of pulmonary encephalopathy admitted to our hospital with mental disorders, the report is as follows: 7 cases of 4 males and 3 females, ranging in age from 27 to 62 years, an average of 45.4 years of age. 5 workers, 1 family member and 1 other patient. All cases were suffering from chronic respiratory diseases of about 20 years duration, including 5 cases of chronic bronchitis and emphysema, 2 cases of bronchial asthma progressing to asthma bronchitis.
