教师职业倦怠现象直接影响到教育的质量。本文尝试分析农村中学教师职业倦怠现象,并从马斯洛需要层次理论来谈,以期缓解农村中学教师职业倦怠现象,进而提高农村教育质量。
Teacher burnout directly affects the quality of education. This paper attempts to analyze the phenomenon of occupational burnout in rural middle school teachers and to discuss from the Maslow hierarchy of needs in order to alleviate the phenomenon of occupational burnout in rural middle school teachers and to improve the quality of rural education.
