用稳定性同位素13C-尿素呼气试验对胃癌低发区贵阳市花溪区王宽村119例3~12岁儿童进行调查，幽门螺杆菌（Hp）感染者仅16例（13．45％）。16例均无消化道症状，胃镜检查见胃粘膜有少数小片状轻度充血。随访一年半，仍无消化道症状。
A total of 119 children aged 3 to 12 years old were investigated in Wang Kuancun, Huaxi District, Guiyang, a low-risk area of gastric cancer with stable isotope 13C-urea breath test. Only 16 patients (13.45%) were infected with Helicobacter pylori (Hp). 16 cases were no gastrointestinal symptoms, gastroscopy see a small number of gastric mucosa mild hyperemia. Follow-up a year and a half, still no gastrointestinal symptoms.
