在M38G高温合金上镀铂,然后进行粉末包装渗铝,最后形成Pt-Al涂层。经1000℃、1500h氧化后,发现涂层中加铂.明显改善氧化膜的粘附性和影响铝的扩散。并讨论铂在氧化中的作用机理。
Plating platinum on the M38G superalloy, followed by powder aluminization and finally Pt-Al coating. After 1000 ℃, 1500h oxidation, found in the coating with platinum. Significantly improve the adhesion of the oxide film and affect the diffusion of aluminum. And discuss the mechanism of action of platinum in oxidation.
