为了更好地支援农业,充分发挥农资商品的作用,在各级领导的指导下,我们认真领会改革精神,更新观念,狠抓了中级业务技术培训。对于办学目的、体制、内容和方法,进行了一些探索,发挥主观能动性,挖潜力、找窍门,克服困难,终于打开局面,取得了初步成效。从1985年10月起,我们利用业务淡季,共办中级业务培训班三期,师训班两期,培训学员136人。我们公司较好地完成了中级业务培训任务,预计到年底可超过市社下达的25％的指标。此外,我们还为郊县代培59人,为省内15个县代培34人。各方面反映较好。
In order to better support agriculture and give full play to the role of agricultural materials and commodities, under the guidance of leaders at all levels, we earnestly grasped the spirit of reform, updated ideas, and paid close attention to mid-level technical training. For the purpose, system, content and methods of running a school, we have conducted some explorations, exerted subjective initiative, tapped potential, found tips, and overcome difficulties, finally opened up the situation and achieved initial results. From October 1985 onwards, we used the off-season business season to hold three intermediate-level business training courses, two training sessions for teachers and 136 trainees. Our company has successfully completed the mid-level business training tasks and it is expected that by the end of the year it will surpass the 25% target issued by the city agency. In addition, we also serve 59 people in the suburbs of Daipei and 34 people in 15 counties in the province. All aspects reflect better.
