为了探讨硫磺熏蒸金银花中断马钱子酸亚硫酸衍生物的生成机制,该研究采用柱色谱技术从未硫熏金银花中目标性制备分离了断马钱子酸以进行后续模拟反应,断马钱子酸在有水条件下与二氧化硫反应生成了其亚硫酸衍生物,反应机制可能涉及了断马钱子酸的酯化反应或者是酸化开环后亚硫酸根对羰基的加成反应。该研究为支持硫磺熏蒸导致金银花中断马钱子酸转变成其亚硫酸衍生物提供了实验依据。
