熔炼了5 种不同锡含量具有RE 的铝基牺牲阳极材料,采用恒电流方法测定了铝阳极在不同温度下的电化学性能。结果表明:随温度升高,铝阳极电位正移,电流效率下降;常温和高温时,铝阳极电流效率均先随锡含量增加而增加,然后降低;含 0.10% Sn 的铝合金可作高温牺牲阳极之用。
Five kinds of Al-based sacrificial anode material with different tin content and RE were smelted. The electrochemical performance of aluminum anode at different temperatures was measured by galvanostatic method. The results show that with the increase of temperature, the anodic potential of aluminum increases and the current efficiency decreases. At room temperature and high temperature, the current efficiency of aluminum anode increases with the increase of tin content and then decreases. The aluminum alloy containing 0.10% Sn can be used as High temperature sacrificial anode.
