为了探讨抗T淋巴细胞单克隆抗体(简称单抗、SMU3、SMU8)治疗小儿再生障碍性贫血(以下简称再障AA)的关系,本研究对20例再障患儿进行了T细胞亚群测定,并在应用单抗治疗前后与病情转化进行对照。结果表明:患儿T细胞亚群比值失衡,主要表现为T4细胞减少,T8细胞增多,T4/T8比值倒置,患者T8细胞处于激活状态。外周HLA-DR抗原的表达明显高于正常。单抗治疗有效率为68.5%,有效组病儿细胞免疫功能紊乱得到纠正。治疗有效以后病情恶化,T细胞亚群又紊乱。
In order to investigate the relationship between anti-T lymphocyte monoclonal antibody (mAb, SMU3 and SMU8) in the treatment of pediatric aplastic anemia (AA), 20 children with aplastic anemia were enrolled in this study.
