高层建筑结构设计中,结构抗震概念设计往往左右着结构设计的成败,设计人员须将结构抗震概念设计与计算分析及构造措施有机地结合起来考虑,以保证设计构思的实现。地基基础的处理及选用、上部剪力墙的布置、转换层上下结构侧向刚度比的控制、转换层楼板的加强、连接体的处理以及扭转周期比和扭转位移比的控制都是其中的关键技术问题,笔者以本工程为例,结合多年高层住宅设计经验,介绍了一些常用的设计处理手段,重点介绍框支剪力墙结构设计的有关问题,可供同类工程参考。
