本文采用羟丙基纤维素与茶碱混合后直接压片,制备茶碱的缓释片剂。制备过程中采用不同的压力(60,180,540kg/cm~2)和受压时间(在180kg/cm~2压力下受压5,30,120秒)。分别使用三种粘度规格的羟丙基纤维素,最后通过调节羟丙基纤维素的不同用量来考察压力、控释时间、粘度规格、辅料用量等因素对茶碱释放速率的影响。体外释放研究表明,压力与受压时间对茶碱的释放速率影响较小,而羟丙基纤维素的粘
In this paper, hydroxypropyl cellulose and theophylline mixed directly after compression, preparation of theophylline sustained-release tablets. Different pressures (60,180,540 kg / cm ~ 2) and pressure time (5,30,120 seconds at 180 kg / cm ~ 2 pressure) were used in the preparation. Respectively, using three kinds of viscosity specifications of hydroxypropyl cellulose, and finally by adjusting the different amount of hydroxypropyl cellulose to examine the pressure, controlled release time, viscosity specifications, excipients and other factors on the theophylline release rate.
