小截面电气铝导线连接方法很多,如铝焊剂气焊法、铝焊剂电阻焊法、铝焊剂电弧焊法、无焊剂自身熔接气焊法及缠接法等。但上述方法都有其不足之处,如工序繁多,劳动强度大,操作技术难度大,效率低等;另外,接头质量很难保证,有时因焊剂清除不干净而造成接头腐蚀,影响使用。因此,小截面铝导线连接技术,是一项急待解决的科研课题。
Many small-section electrical aluminum wire connection methods, such as aluminum gas welding method, aluminum welding resistance welding method, aluminum welding arc welding method, flux-free welding gas welding method and entanglement method. However, the above methods have their disadvantages, such as many processes, labor intensity, difficulty in operation, and low efficiency; in addition, the quality of joints is difficult to guarantee, and corrosion of the joints is sometimes caused by the unclean cleaning of fluxes, which may affect their use. Therefore, the small-section aluminum wire connection technology is an urgently-resolved scientific research topic.
