我们试验研究了一种新的带法兰空心件成形工艺。在普通挤压的最后阶段,金属会产生特殊流动,底部形成空穴。在新工艺中,使用辅助芯棒促进这种流动。与普通工艺相比,该工艺具有生产率高、质量好、工作载荷低的特点。并且,如在同一工作行程中并入顶部冲孔工序,整个工艺就更为经济实用。该冲孔属于精冲,因而冲切表面光洁。另外,冲孔凹模还用于确定制件高度,防止壁部出现缩颈,从而避免了对芯棒载荷的限制。本工艺简易可行,可用于带轮壳齿轮坯件的生产。
We experimentally studied a new forming process for flanged hollow parts. In the final stage of normal extrusion, the metal will have a special flow, the bottom of the formation of holes. In the new process, the use of auxiliary mandrel to promote this flow. Compared with the ordinary process, the process has the characteristics of high productivity, good quality and low working load. And, if incorporated into the top punching process in the same work schedule, the entire process is more economical and practical. The punch is fine blanking, so die-cut surface smooth. In addition, punching die is also used to determine the height of the workpiece to prevent necking necking, thus avoiding the mandrel load limit. The process is simple and feasible, can be used for the production of wheeled gear blanks.
