本文通过测定大骨节病区、服硒病区及非病区儿童的血、尿磷及尿硒含量,计算了磷廓清率、尿磷排泄率、肾小球滤过磷、肾小管重吸收磷及重吸收百分率。结果表明:尿硒病区组低于其他两组;血、尿磷及尿硒排泄率病区组显著低于服硒病区组;尽管三组间滤过磷及重吸收磷百分比无显著性差异,但服硒病区组滤过磷较其他两组呈增高,重吸收磷百分率呈降低趋势。这些说明硒对病区儿童磷代谢有明显影响。
