哈尔滨轧钢厂在技术改造中自行设计制造了500tf冷剪机组,以便为6.5mm盘圆的半连续线材车间供料。该机组投产使用后,取得了很大的经济效益。与火焰切割相比,每年节省的氧气、电石以及减少的钢耗等约折合人民币49万元。而且还改善了切口断面的质量,显著提高了线材的成材率,大约可提高3~5%。本文具体阐述了剪断机的结构型式、动作原理及控制机构的改进、力能参数计算及电动机功率的验算以及使用中出现的问题等。本文对中小轧钢企业的技术改造,有一定的参考价值。
