为了给不同香型烟叶的区域划分及烟叶品种种植提供理论依据,分析了全国14个省份的13个品种的烤烟样品中的主要多酚、有机酸及致香成分与香型的简单相关关系,并利用与香型显著相关的化学成分,对不同产区烟叶进行了聚类分析,在聚类分析的基础上进一步对香型与产区、品种进行了简单对应分析和多元对应分析。结果表明:芸香苷、草酸、2,4-庚二烯醛、巨豆三烯酮A、巨豆三烯酮B这5个指标与香型具有高度相关关系,可用来表征烤烟香型特性。我国烤烟的香型主要分为3类,清香型烤烟主要分布在云南、四川、福建;中间香型烤烟主要分布在贵州、重庆、黑龙江、湖北;浓香型烤烟主要分布在河南、湖南、安徽、广东;山东则是中间香型偏浓香型。产区对香气风格的影响比品种要大,省份产区与香型的相关系数为0.908,而品种与香型的相关系数为0.613。
In order to provide a theoretical basis for the regional division of different fragrant tobacco varieties and the cultivation of tobacco varieties, the simple correlations between major polyphenols, organic acids and aroma components of flue-cured tobacco samples from 13 varieties in 14 provinces in China were analyzed. Based on the cluster analysis, a simple correspondence analysis and a multivariate correspondence analysis were also made between the scent and the producing areas and varieties. The results showed that rutin, oxalic acid, 2,4-heptadienal, megastigmatrienone A and megastrolone B were highly correlated with the aroma and could be used to characterize the flavor of flue-cured tobacco. Flue-cured tobacco in our country is mainly divided into three categories. Flue-cured tobacco is mainly distributed in Yunnan, Sichuan and Fujian. Middle-scented flue-cured tobacco is mainly distributed in Guizhou, Chongqing, Heilongjiang and Hubei. Luzhou-based flue-cured tobacco is mainly distributed in Henan, , Guangdong; Shandong is the middle of fragrant type partial flavor. The impact of the producing areas on the aroma style is greater than that of the cultivars. The correlation coefficient between the producing areas and the scent of the province is 0.908, while the correlation coefficient between the varieties and the scent is 0.613.
